It can be SO HARD to reach out and ask for help. We are proud of you! Arizona Connections Play Therapy (AzCPT) believes that the goal of therapy is to get out of therapy. You and your family should feel equipped and have tools to keep your head above the water. ​ Our team loves working with families including kids, teens, couple's, and coparents. We believe in the magic that is play therapy. Play is the language of our children; their brain is still developing language, but through play, they are able to communicate their needs to us. It is also another way our adult brains can think about what's going on in a different way. Another core component that we believe in is approaching treatment from a trauma- informed perspective through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), meaning that past experiences have influenced the way we think, feel, and act in the present day, impacting our future. Fees are listed on each individual therapist's page. Our cash rates are comparable to most high deductible insurance plans. Our clinicians are easily able to create superbills, or receipts, for you to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement so that you can get the services you want without insurance holding you back.​
